DMCA and Copyright Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2026

PlayHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

1. About the games on this site

Games on PlayHub are embedded from third-party game distribution platforms and remain the property of their developers and publishers. We do not host the game files ourselves. If a game should not be listed here, we will remove the listing promptly once we receive a proper notice.

2. Filing a takedown notice

Send your notice to dmca@playhub.example with the subject line DMCA Takedown Request. To be effective, your notice must include:

3. What happens next

We review every valid notice and remove or disable access to the identified listing within a reasonable time, usually within 2-5 business days. We may notify the publisher or uploader of the removal.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. Include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts and listings that repeatedly infringe copyright are removed from the site. Because PlayHub has no user accounts, this policy applies to game listings.

6. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that knowingly filing a false or misleading takedown notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under applicable law.
